| Exchange Disseminated Time | Skipper Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall be closed on and from August 05, 2014 and shall reopen on August 14, 2014 i.e. after expiry of 24 hours from the announcement of the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 to the Stock Exchanges. |
