| Exchange Disseminated Time | GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2012, has considered and allotted following Equity Shares.:
1. 242,273,151 equity shares consequent to conversion of 44,657 FCCBs of US$ 1,000/- each at a conversion price of Rs.10/- per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated October 17, 2012 for issue of US$ 111,740,000 Zero Coupon Compulsorily Convertible Bond due 2017 (Series A Bonds).
2. 65,601,516 equity shares consequent to conversion of 12,092 FCCBs of US$ 1,000/- each at a conversion price of Rs.10/- per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated October 17, 2012 for issue of US$ 207,546,000 Interest Bearing Convertible Bond due 2017 (Series B Bonds). |
