| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/04/2016 15:53:01 | Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has raised Rs. 500 crores (Rupees Five Hundred Crores only) on April 11, 2016 by allotment of 5,000 Rated, Listed, Secured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each on private placement basis.
The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.
