March 23, 2016, Italica Furniture Private Limited - engaged in trading and renting of machines and moulds has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company consequent upon acquisition of 5,97,000 no. of equity shares of the Company.
On March 23, 2016 the Company acquired further 27,60,715 (19.44%) equity shares of M/s. Sah Polymers Limited - engaged in Manufacturing of PP/HDPE woven sacks /bags taking the total shareholding of the Company to 79.47%. |
