| Exchange Disseminated Time | Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that Shri K. Veera Brahmaji Rao has been appointed as Executive Director on the Board of the Bank by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services vide Notification dated January 22, 2014 for a period of five years from the date of taking over the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Further the Bank has informed that, Shri K. Veera Brahmaji Rao has assumed the charge of Executive Director of the bank on January 22, 2014. |
