| Exchange Disseminated Time | DCM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2012, inter alia, has:
1. Declared interim dividend @ 15% on paid up equity capital of the company (Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each) for the year ending March 31, 2013.
2. Co-opted Shri N. P. Chawla as nominee director as per nomination received from Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).
3. Appointed Prof. Sudhir Kumar Jain as additional director of the Company.
4. Appointed Mr. Jitendra Tuli as Managing Director of the Company with effect from December 20, 2012. Mr. Jitendra Tuli will be designated as Chairman and Managing Director. |
