- Mr. Steve Ting Tuan Toon, Non Executive Director has resigned from the Board with effect from August 13, 2014.
- Mr. Sam (S) Santhosh, Independent Director has resigned from the Board with effect from August 13, 2014. The causal vacancy caused due to the resignation of Mr. Sam (S) Santhosh is not being filled.
- Mr. Masaaki Miura has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with effect from August 13, 2014.
- Mr. Bin Cheng has been appointed as a Non Executive Director in the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of Mr. Steve Ting Tuan Toon with effect from August 13, 2014. |
