Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 7th October, 2017 to, inter-alia, consider and evaluate the option(s) for sale/disposal of Company's subsidiary namely Shakumbari Sugar and Allied Industries Limited.

Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring Trading by Insiders, the 'Trading Window' for insiders for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 30th September, 2017 to 9th October, 2017 (both days inclusive).
