1. The Board of Directors takes on record the resignation given by Dr Naranbhai T Patel, an Independent Director of the Company as on November 07, 2012. Consequently he ceased to be Director of the Company from that date.
2. Mr Navinchandra Shah, has been inducted as an additional Director (Independent) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. November 07, 2012. |
