| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2016, inter alia, to consider Annual Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016, and to recommend Final dividend, if any.
Further, as per the Company's Insider Trading Policy, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Annual Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016, and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from May 12, 2016 to May 21, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. |
