3. Approved appointment of Dr. Neha K. Modi as an Independent Director to fill the casual vacancy of the Board w.e.f. May 23, 2015.
4. Approved and adopted "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" and "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" and made it applicable with immediate effect. |
