| Exchange Disseminated Time | Rossell India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ending December 31, 2015, prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the said Regulation.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company from February 01, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ending December 31, 2015. |
