| Exchange Disseminated Time | Master Trust Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has purchased 12,500 Equity Shares of H.A. Share and Stock Brokers Limited, bearing face value Rs. 100 each at Rs. 800 per share (including share premium of Rs. 700 per share).
Total consideration paid for the transaction amounts to Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rs. One Crore only) including Rs. 87,50,000 as Share Premium. The shares are allotted afresh by H.A. Share and Stock Brokers Limited making Master Trust Limited as its Holding Company under the provisions of Section 4(1)(b)(ii) of the Companies Act, 1956 and Section 2(87)(ii) of the Companies Act, 2013 with 51.08% of its total share capital.
Further, the Company has informed that the promoters and major shareholders of H.A. Share and Stock Brokers Limited are the promoters of Master Trust Limited, making both the Company related to each other.
The Board of Directors of H.A. Share and Stock Brokers Limited have approved the transaction and allotted the shares. |
