| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/02/2017 15:14:22 | Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, has approved the following;
1. The Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Kalyanasundaram Subramanian as an Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company have, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company, appointed Mr. Kalyanasundaram Subramanian as the Whole time Director of the Company, without any remuneration, for a period of two (2) years from February 14, 2017 to February 13, 2019.
Mr. Kalyanasundaram Subramanian is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. |
