| Exchange Disseminated Time | PNB Gilts Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's parent bank, Punjab National Bank has recalled the services of Sh. S. Ranganathan, Managing Director of the Company and in his place, the bank has designated Sh. D.V.S.S.V. Prasad, General Manager, Punjab National Bank to take charge of the Company. Consequently, Sh. S. Ranganathan had resigned from the Directorship & Managing Directorship of the Company effective from April 03, 2010.
The said resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 03, 2010. In the same meeting, the Board of Directors has appointed Sh. D.V.S.S.V. Prasad as Additional Director and Managing Director of the Company. |
