| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mangalam Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of the Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / Nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from December 20, 2014 and will remain closed up till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results to the public. During this period, the Designated Employees, Directors and their dependents shall not to deal in the shares of the Company. |
