| Exchange Disseminated Time | Essel Propack Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened on January 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company’s India Standalone and Consolidated (Global) operations for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013.
Further, in accordance with the Company’s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading which is based on the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2001, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed from January 16, 2014 to January 31, 2014 (24 hours after the declaration of results) and therefore the Company’s Directors, Designated employees and Auditors including their dependents are not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company during the closure of Trading Window. |
