| Exchange Disseminated Time | Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2013, inter alia, to consider :
1. the unaudited financial results (provisional) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2013 alongwith statement of Assets and liabilities (provisional) for the half year ended September 30, 2013;
2. unaudited consolidated financial results (provisional) of the Company and its subsidiaries for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2013 alongwith the statement of consolidated Assets and Liabilities (provisional) for the half year ended September 30, 2013;
3. Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2013 for the aforesaid standalone and consolidated financial results; and
4. the Board may consider proposal to declare Interim Dividend for the half year ended September 30, 2013. |
