1. To consider amalgamation of Bodal Agrotech Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary Company) having Registered office at Plot No. 123-124, Phase-I, G.I.D.C., Vatva, Ahmedabad with the Company subject to approval of Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat and other regulatory authorities and to carry out all other work relating to amalgamation including approval of draft scheme of amalgamation;
2. To consider and declare of 2nd Interim Dividend on Equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2015-16. |
