1. To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
2. To consider and sign the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchange (BSE Ltd) as per SEBI Circular dated October 13, 2015.
Further, In accordance with the intimation of board meeting to be held on February 10, 2016 for considering and approving the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from January 29, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Communication has been sent to the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company. |
