| Exchange Disseminated Time | Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2010, has fixed September 01, 2010 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement for the allotment of shares in Sentinel Tea and Exports Ltd. to the shareholders of the Company as contained in the Composite Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala.
Further, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of 'Brief note on the Scheme of Arrangement'. |
