1. Mr. Shamit Bhartia has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. January 14, 2012.
2. Dr. Ashok Misra has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. January 14, 2012.
3. Mr. Ananda Mukherjee has resigned from the office of CEO & Whole Time Director and Director of the Company. He will be relieved from the office of CEO & Whole Time Director and Director of the Company w.e.f. January 31, 2012.
4. Mr. Videy Jaipuriar has been appointed as an Additional Director, CEO & Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. February 01, 2012. |
