This has reference to our earlier letter dt.14/12/17, wherein we had informed that the Company has obtained a Certificate of Registration (CoR No. CA0533) from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) for carrying on business as Corporate Agents for Insurance Business (Composite).

In this regard, we wish to inform that today i.e. on 10/01/2018 the Company has entered into contract with 'Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Company Limited' for carrying out the Corporate Agency business.
