The Company has received approval on January 11, 2018, vide letter no. LIST/COMP/MI/852/2017-18, dated January 10, 2018 from the BSE Limited under Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations for reclassification of the Equity Shares held by Ms. Nina Bharucha from 'Promoter/Promoter Group' to 'Public Category'.
Consequent to the above, the present shareholding of the Promoter/ Promoter Group in the Company is 6,46,13,256 equity shares (58.36% of the paid up capital of the Company).
