| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange has sought clarification from Patel Engineering Ltd with respect to, (1) news article appearing on ET Now on December 04, 2014 titled "Patel Engineering to Sell Land in Mumbai for 300 Crore" and (2) the query raised by the Exchange on even date on account of volume variation and the reply received from the Company denying the same by stating, "There is no events/price sensitive information available with the Company..."
The Exchange has requested the Company to submit its clarification regarding:
1. It's Compliance in terms of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and
2. The aforesaid news item appearing on ET NOW.
