| Exchange Disseminated Time | Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 20, 2014, inter alia, to consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2013 -2014.
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 and Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, the trading window will remain closed from March 15, 2014 to March 20, 2014 (both days inclusive) and window shall open 24 hours after the declaration of interim dividend is announced. |
