| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange has sought clarification from Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd with respect to news article appearing on Mint on November 14, 2014 titled "Firms may buy 30% stake in Acron."
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd replied stating "we would like to inform you that the Company is looking at possibilities for development of fertilizer project abroad in consortium with other companies. The talks are at very preliminary stage and no concrete understanding has been reached.
Further, we inform that the intimation would be given as per the listing agreement after finalization and final decision of investment." |
