| Exchange Disseminated Time | Parnax Lab Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Company's Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
In terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 14, 2016 to February 16, 2016, i.e. from the fourteenth day of the month following the quarter till 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting. |
