| Exchange Disseminated Time | BPL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, has approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Ajit G Nambiar as Chairman and Managing Director for further period of 5 years from April 01, 2008 to March 31, 2013 and payment of remuneration to him, subject to the approval of the Central Government and of the Shareholders.
Further, the Company has informed the following:
- The Board has approved and re-fixed the Financial Year of the Company for a period of 12 months beginning from April 01, 2007 to March 31, 2008. |
