1. Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006.
2. Declaration of dividend at Rs 1.80 per equity share of Rs 10/-, which will be paid on and from July 11, 2006.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. S M Thakore & Mr. K R V Subrahmanian, Directors, who were retiring by rotation.
4. Appointment of Messrs. Bansi S Mehta & Co., as Auditors, from the conclusion of the meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. |
