1. To receive, consider and adopt the un-audited financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2015.
2. To allotment of 150,000 Equity Shares of the Company on conversion of Warrants.
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company remain closed from September 24, 2015 and shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the aforesaid financial results are approved by the Board of Directors on October 08, 2015 and filed with the stock exchanges. |
