1. Mr. Pankaj R. Patel has expressed his unwillingness for reappointment as a Director of the Company. He ceased to be the Director of the Company w.e.f. July 14, 2014 and the Company shall not fill the vacancy caused due to this.
2. Mr. Mukesh M. Patel has resigned from the Board w.e.f. July 14, 2014 and
3. As Mr. Pankaj R. Patel ceased to be the Director of the Company, the Board of Directors appointed Dr. Sharvil P. Patel as the Chairman of the Board w.e.f. July 14, 2014. |
