To address this problem, Usha Martin Academy has come up with the initiative of launching Centre for Telecom Training, a finishing school to provide trained professionals, both technical and non-technical for the telecommunication industry, which includes telecom operators, their dealers, telecom resellers, telecom equipment manufacturers e.g. handsets, switches etc. and other key players in the telecom value chain. The institute will specifically target candidates who aspire to make a career in telecommunications.
Advanced courses on Communication technology in the areas of GSM, GPRS, 3G, WinMAC, IPTV etc and IT enable processes e.g. Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Revenue Management, Product Management, Billing etc will form part of the programs offered. Hands-on case studies, simulations and live project opportunities under the supervision of its knowledge partner also enrich the curriculum.

The faculty will include full time academics, as well as industry professionals.
