| Exchange Disseminated Time | IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on May 04, 2015 had allotted 135,853 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each to the employees of the Company / Directors of the subsidiaries of the Company on exercise of options granted under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2009 at a price of Rs. 58.90 per Equity Share.
Accordingly, the Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs.1,121,228,180 to Rs. 1,122,586,710 comprising of 112,258,671 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up. |
