| Exchange Disseminated Time | Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of the "OMAX Autos' Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, 'Trading Window" shall remain closed from May 19, 2015 to May 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) due to proposed Board Meeting scheduled on May 22, 2015 for consideration & approval of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
During the above-mentioned period, all senior / designated persons whether have contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company such as consultants, Auditors, law firms, analysts, accountancy firms, RTA etc. of OMAX Autos Ltd having been assisting or advising company, not to be involved in any transaction of purchase or sale of the Company's Securities. |
