Board Meeting for the same shall be convened as per the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 to consider the Unaudited financial results of the company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2017. Date of the board meeting will be intimated to you in due course.
