Consequent to this, Kimaan Exports Private Limited will cease to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and become step down subsidiary of the Company. As required under Regulation 30 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the requisite information is enclosed herewith as Annexure 'A'.
