1. The Un-Audited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 alongwith Statement of Abstract of Balance Sheet for the half year ended September 30, 2016.
2. Reappointment of Dr. Deepak Parikh as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of 1 year from February 01, 2017 to January 31, 2018 subject to approval of the shareholders by way of a Special Resolution through Postal Ballot and all other applicable statutory approvals. The notice of Postal Ballot will be sent to all the shareholders, for their approval, in accordance with the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder. |
