| Exchange Disseminated Time | Saregama India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. D R Mehta, Managing Director would be retiring from the services of the Company with effect from March 31, 2006.
Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 20, 2006 has appointed Mr. Subroto Chattopadhyay as an Additional Director to hold office upto the next AGM. Mr. Subroto Chattopadhyay has also been appointed as Managing Director with effect from April 01, 2006 subject to the approval of the shareholders in General Meeting. |
