Further, pursuant to the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the internal code for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the designated employees, shall remain closed from May 17, 2014 to the closing business hours on May 28, 2014 on account of disclosure of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014. |
