As per the requirement under Section 91(1) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board decided to close the books from Wednesday, 13.09.2017 to Monday, 18.09.2017 (both days inclusive).
Further, as per the requirement of Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the company is providing e-voting facility to its shareholders from Friday, the 15th day of September, 2017 (09:00 A.M.) to Sunday, the 17th day of September, 2017 (05:00 P.M.) and for that purpose the cut-off date shall be Monday, the 11th Day of September, 2017.
