| Exchange Disseminated Time | West Coast Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 02, 2015, inter alia, have appointed Shri M. P. Taparia, Lt. Gen.(Retd.) Utpal Bhattacharyya and Shri Krishna Kumar Karwa as Independent Directors of the Company under section 149(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 for a period of 3 years w.e.f. February 02, 2015 subject to approval of members of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, they will be additional directors till approval of members at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 8(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company enclose herewith "Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information" as approved by the Board of Directors. |
