1. Took note of the show cause notice received from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on January 04, 2014 and authorised Mr. Gautam Deshpande, Managing Director to file consent application with SEBI on behalf of the Company.
2. Took note of the final order received from Company Law Board (Mumbai Bench) dated January 15, 2014 for petition filed under section 79 of the Companies Act, 1956 and authorised Mr. Gautam Deshpande, Managing Director to file appeal in Bombay High Court against the order of Company Law Board in the same subject matter. |
