| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court at Bombay, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur has by its order dated February 23, 2012, as amended on March 07, 2012, directed the Company to hold separate meetings of Equity Shareholders and Secured Creditors of the Company to consider, and if thought fit, to pass with or without modification, the Scheme of Arrangement for the Demerger of Steel Divison of Corporate Ispat Alloys Limited and its merger with the Company.
In pursuance of the said order and as directed therein the meetings of Equity Shareholders and Secured Creditors of the said Company will be held at F-8, MIDC Industrial Area, Hingna Road, Nagpur - 440 016 as per the following time.
1. Equity Shareholders on the April 20, 2012 at 10.30 AM.
2. Secured Creditors on April 20, 2012 at 12.00 O'noon. |
