1. Mr. Umang Kejriwal as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from April 01, 2017, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company and,
2. Mr. Mayank Kejriwal as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a term of 5 (five) years with effect from April 01, 2017, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. |
