1. Appointment of Mr. Rajarangamani Gopalan as an Additional Director with effect from May 24, 2016.
2. The Board has also recommended dividend at the rate of 5% i.e. five (5) paise per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
