The Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 30, 2016 has agreed to his request with great reluctance, which is effective from the conclusion of business hours on July 02, 2016 and conferred on him the honorary title of Chairman- Emeritus thereafter.
Further the Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Ashok Gupta, Vice Chairman - Whole Time Director of the Company as Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from July 03, 2016. |
