| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 01, 2013, has appointed Mr. Ayyadurai Srikanth as ‘Manager’ designated as the ‘Chief Executive Officer' (CEO) with effective from February 01, 2013.
The Board also approved the appointments and re-designation of Mr. Dilip D. Dandekar as Chairman and Executive Director and Mr. Shriram S. Dandekar as Vice Chairman and Executive Director with effect from February 01, 2013.
The aforesaid appointments will be subject to approval of members and Central Government. The Company will seek necessary approvals from the members by way of Postal Ballot.
The Board also approved certain amendments in Articles of Association of the Company in respect of the said appointments. |
