Further, In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to notify "Trading Window Closure Period" to all its Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
In this connection, the Company notifies the period from January 13, 2016 to January 21, 2016, as the "Trading Window Closure Period" in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on January 19, 2016 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. |
