| Exchange Disseminated Time | AI Champdany Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2014, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Taking into consideration of the provisions of the new Companies Act, 2013 in respect of uniform financial year the Board has decided not to extend the financial year 2013-14 for another period of three months as informed vide earlier letter dated April 29, 2014, So, the period for the financial year 2013-14 will remain the same, i.e. from April 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014.
2. It was also decided to publish audited financial result for the financial year 2013-14 within the time period of 60 days from the end of the financial year 2014 as required under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement instead of unaudited financial result for the last quarter as was informed in earlier letter dated May 05, 2014.
3. Audited financial result for the year ended March 31, 2014 will be considered at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 30, 2014. |
